Al DiNicola is an Investment Banker licensed with MSC-BD, LLC and specializes in alternative work out strategies. His associated companies are currently focused on Distressed Asset Classes and he regularity speaks at conferences and symposiums.  He was first licensed with NASD in 1985.  Over the years he has specialized in the real estate brokerage, marketing, and development of commercial and residential properties. He has worked with investors and developers representing over $1.5 Billion in sales and development. 

 

Previously Al  DiNicola was an executive with Westinghouse Communities and The Bonita Bay Group in the Naples Florida area.  Al is a National Award Winning Trainer and Consultant.  He is considered an expert in sales, marketing, financing, and development of commercial, and amenity rich master planned residential properties.  He is a Certified Instructor for the National Association of Homebuilders.  He has been a real estate broker in Florida since 1981 and is involved with the Florida Association of Realtors and has chaired the Professional Standards Committee. He also serves as a Director for the National Association of Realtors.
